Your account settings will now be:
- Username: [your email address]
- Password: [will not change]
- Incoming Server: mail.[your-domain-name].[com/ca] IMAP Port: 993 POP Port: 995
- For instance, for websitedesignkingston.com we would put mail.websitedesignkingston.com as the server.
- Outgoing Server: mail.[your-domain-name].[com/ca] SMTP Port: 465
- If your device asks if the server requires authentication for sending, always choose yes.
- If your device asks to use a secure connection (SSL), also choose yes.
To Access your Webmail, visit:
- mail.[your-domain-name].[com/ca]/webmail
- For instance, for websitedesignkingston.com we would put mail.websitedesignkingston.com/webmail to reach our browser-based webmail
