Dear WDK,

When IFBBPRO.com was launched 14 years ago, it was designed for desktop and laptop computers. In 2023, we learned that over 70% of our viewers access our website using their mobile phones. Admittedly, IFBBPRO.com was long overdue for a complete makeover. Since WDK was our web/email host, it seemed only natural that we turn to WDK for a complete redesign of our site.

IFBBPRO.com serves viewers in over 180 countries each month. Each year, the IFBB Professional League and its international amateur arm, NPC Worldwide, sets new records. In 2024, we have scheduled over 160 professional and over 400 amateur competitions in 66 countries, including the Joe Weider’s OLYMPIA Fitness & Performance Weekend, known worldwide as the “Greatest Physique Show on Earth”, and the iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic.

Tina Circelli, WDK Operations Manager, has been my main point of contact since we moved our hosting to WDK three years ago. Tina is the consummate professional. Despite a very heavy workload, her responsiveness to our needs, big and small, has been nothing short of outstanding. As a military veteran, I would even say “above and beyond the call of duty”.

As this project got underway in earnest, Tina introduced me to Pam Speck, WDK Website Designer and Lead Developer. Both Tina and Pam always responded to my many questions, comments and requested last-minute changes in the most professional manner. Their skill and expertise is best explained by the pre-launch review of our new site, which took place today. Our vice-president commented, “I think WDK did a great job with the redesign. If we were looking for a new team to revamp any of our other websites, I’d be happy to have WDK do the work.” Our Media Director remarked, “I’m reviewing the site all on mobile and it is so much easier and looks so much better on mobile! Fantastic job!”

To Tina, Pam and the WDK team who designed and worked on our new site, you have my sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks for a super redesign.

To Rick Frasso, WDK President, who I went to Regiopolis College with back in the ‘60s, congratulations on having such a great crew!

Living some 4,600 km away in Gibsons, BC and communicating mostly by email and Microsoft Teams was admittedly a bit frustrating for me at times. I truly appreciate Tina’s and Pam’s patience and understanding.
